Email us about anything — a broken or damaged order, where your parcel is, a change of address before dispatch, a refund or replacement, or a question about the product before you buy.
If your order arrived damaged, attach a photo showing the item and the shipping label and we will get a replacement out to you straight away.
Sablewick (Marivo) ships to the United States and Canada. We are based in the Philippines, so if you write overnight your time you will usually have a reply by morning.
