About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Sablewick (Marivo). By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
Sablewick (Marivo) is an online store operated from the Philippines, selling ceramic cauldron warmers to customers in the United States and Canada. You can reach us at hello@sablewick.store.
Products
We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and because each warmer is fired ceramic there are small natural variations between pieces. Our warmers are decorative homeware for use with standard tea lights, wax melts and essential oils. They are not toys, not food-safe vessels, and not for use with any open flame other than a tea light in the base tray.
Safety
Never leave a lit candle unattended. Keep the warmer away from curtains, bedding, children and pets, and place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Use standard small tea lights only. Sablewick (Marivo) is not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Payment is taken at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example where an item was listed at an incorrect price, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order we will refund you in full.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send your confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order we will contact you and refund you.
Abuse of our guarantee
Our refund and replacement policies exist for customers with a genuine problem. We may ask for reasonable evidence to support a claim, and we reserve the right to decline a refund or replacement, to cancel an order, or to refuse future orders, where a claim cannot be supported or where we see a pattern of repeated claims that does not reflect a real fault with the product.
Returns
Our refund and shipping policies form part of these terms. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Your content
If you send us a photo or a review, you give us permission to use it in connection with our products. You keep ownership of it, and you can ask us to stop using it at any time.

The text, images, logo and design on this site belong to Sablewick (Marivo) and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law in your own country.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. This does not remove any consumer protection you are entitled to where you live.
