How big is it?
Check the photos and the listed dimensions before you order — because our warmers ship from overseas we are not able to take returns for change of mind. If anything is unclear, email us first and we will answer before you buy.
Does it come with tea lights or wax?
The cauldron and stand are included. Tea lights, wax melts and oils are sold separately so you can choose your own scents — all three are cheap and easy to find.
What kind of candle should I use?
Standard small tea lights only. Anything taller sits too close to the base of the cauldron and can scorch the finish over time. A tea light gives plenty of heat for both wax and oil.
Wax or essential oil — which do I use?
Either. Use wax melts on their own, or add water with a few drops of essential oil for a diffuser effect. One warmer, two rituals.
How do I clean it?
Let leftover wax harden, pop it out, and wipe the bowl. For oils, warm soapy water and a cloth does the job.
Ceramic travels a long way to reach you. If yours turns up cracked or chipped, send us a photo within 14 days and a new one goes out free — nothing to post back, no argument.
